This session will discuss some of the trends/fads and offer an opportunity to hear perspectives on such issues as BYOD, MOOCs, "freemium" tools, adaptive learning, new classroom designs and other topics.

Why Advocacy Matters: Your role in shaping political policy
Education and politics are, for good or bad, intimately linked to each other. Casting a vote on election day is an important piece, but isn't enough to help shape policy. That's where political advocacy comes in. Come learn about the importance of becoming involved and find out about UCET's new Advocacy Plan and how you can participate.
