Ingolf is the CEO/President of General Communications, Inc. and has over 38 years of experience in the building technology industry. His expertise is working with clients to find creative technology solutions that allow them to be more efficient within their working environment. Some of the clients he currently works with for various technologies include the United States Senate and House of Representatives, United States Federal Courts, Higher Education Facilities, K-12 schools, Business and industry, and State and Local government facilities.

Ingolf's leadership in the building technology industry has given him the opportunity to serve on various boards including President of the National Systems Contractors Association, Vice-President of Professional Systems Network International, Integrated Systems Europe, and locally serves on the Board of Governors for the Salt Lake Chamber of Commerce and is the Chair for the Small Business Committee. He also participates and serves on industry committees one of which is the Mass Notification Emergency Communications committee which seeks to educate end users and systems integrators on professional applications of this technology for the protection of the public at large.

He is passionate about the benefits of technology and how it improves and enhances life. He drives for relationships based in integrity, and strives for excellence at every level. He's recognized nationally for his work in the technology industry and works with numerous manufacturers and technology vendors. He holds a business degree and has his name on two U.S. patents, one for an acoustical panel and the second for a Bluetooth technology conferencing interface device called BluVanti.
